Syftet med studien är att, med inspiration hämtad från Antonovskys KASAM - begrepp se hur lärare i ämnet idrott och hälsa uppfattar och tolkar begreppet hälsa.

• Vilken syn har idrott och hälsa - lärare på begreppet hälsa?
• Hur kan idrott och hälsa - lärarnas syn på begreppet hälsa diskuteras och analyseras i ljuset av Antonovskys KASAM - begrepp?

Jag har genomfört tre kvalitativa intervjuer. För att intervjuerna skulle bli givande för min studie har mina funderingar kopplats samman med min litteratursökning där det finns liknande studier gjorda. Jag använde mig av en semistrukturerad intervjuform.

De intervjuade lärarna har en klar uppfattning om begreppet hälsa, men deras syn innefattar endast fysisk aktivitet. Hälsa är stort och brett vilket leder till att begreppet blir svårt att definiera vilket kan vara en orsak till att lärarna endast ser hälsa som en fysisk aspekt. Lärarnas definition av hälsa var fysisk aktivitet, rörelse och kost. Enligt lärarna lyfts begreppet hälsa bäst fram genom att undervisningen lockar eleven till att utföra aktiviteter av eget intresse som är hälsofrämjande. Lärarna uppgav att elevledda lektioner användes som redskap för att medvetengöra eleverna gällande begreppet hälsa samt uppgifter kring hälsa för att tydliggöra begreppet för eleven.

Slutligen kan jag konstatera med utgångspunkt från tidigare forskning och av KASAM- teorin att samma tänk som tidigare forskning visat, kvarstår kring begreppet hälsa. Även begreppet hälsa förblir oklart i relation till vad som kan definieras som hälsa. Med utgångspunkt i Antonovskys teori om att belysa psykisk, social och fysisk hälsa är det bara den fysiska delen som kommer till uttryck av lärarna. Hela begreppet uppmärksammas inte som KASAM- teorin syftar till, då lärarna har en tydlig bild av att hälsa innefattar fysisk aktivitet i skolan. Det har tidigare forskning visat och det visar även min studie. Möjligen försöker lärare i skolan påvisa sin definition av hälsa och framhålla begreppet för eleverna i syfte om att belysa vikten av god hälsa i undervisningen, men en större uppmärksamhet som berör hälsa är möjligtvis av vikt för alla skolor och pedagoger. Detta kan konstateras med utgångspunkt i Antonovskys KASAM- teori.

The purpose of this study is that, inspired by Antonovsky's SOC concept to see how a teacher of physical education perceive and interpret the concept of health.

• What visions have teachers on the concept of health?
• How can physical education - teachers' views on the concept of health be discussed and analyzed in light of Antonovsky's SOC - concepts?

I have conducted three interviews. In order that the interviews would be fruitful for my study, my thoughts connected together with my literature search where there are similar studies done. I used a semi structured interview shape.

The interviewed teachers have a clear understanding of the concept of health, but their view involves only physical activity. Health is large and wide, leading the concept difficult to define, which may be one reason that teachers only see health as a physical aspect. Teachers' definition of health was physical activity, movement and diet. According to the teachers the concept of health is lifted up best by attracting students to perform activities, of self-interest, that is healthy. To make students aware of the current concept of health the teachers used student-led lessons as well as tasks about health in order to clarify the concept for the student.

Finally, I can conclude on the basis of previous research and the SOC theory that the same thought persists around the concept of health and the concept of health remains unclear in relation to what can be defined as health. Based on Antonovsky's theory that illuminates the psychological, social and physical health, it is just the physical part which is expressed by the teachers. The whole concept does not address the SOC theory that is aimed at, when teachers have a clear picture of health that includes physical activity at school. It has previously been shown by research, and it also shows in my study. Teachers in school have their definition of health and they try to show the concept to students in order to highlight the importance of good health, in education. But more care for health is important for all schools and teachers and that can be seen on the basis of Antonovsky's SOC-theory.
