Syfte och frågeställningar:

Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka hur högstadielärare i idrott och hälsa arbetar med digitala hjälpmedel i sin undervisning. Studiens fokus inkluderar om lärare anser att digitala hjälpmedel påverkar deras undervisning samt bedömningsprocess.

1. Hur används digitala hjälpmedel i undervisningen?

2. I vilket syfte används digitala hjälpmedel?

3. Vilka fördelar respektive nackdelar kan digitala hjälpmedel ha på undervisningen av idrott och hälsa enligt de tillfrågade högstadielärarna?   

4. Hur kan bedömningsprocessen påverkas av digitala hjälpmedel enligt de tillfrågade högstadielärarna?   

Metod:

Studien som genomförts var en kvalitativ intervjustudie där fem olika högstadielärare som undervisar i idrott och hälsa och använder sig av digitala hjälpmedel i sin undervisning intervjuades.

Resultat:

Resultaten visade att inkluderingen av digitala hjälpmedel upplevdes kunna ha en positiv påverkan på elevers inlärningsprocess enligt de tillfrågade lärarna. Även bedömningsprocessen ansågs förenklas i och med användning av digitala hjälpmedel, främst genom videoinspelning.

Abstract [en]

Aim and research questions:

The aim of this study was to examine how lower secondary school teachers in physical education work with digital tools in their teaching. The focus of the study includes if teachers believed that digital tools affect their teaching and the assessment process.

1. How are digital tools used in teaching?

2. What is the purpose of using digital tools?

3. What advantages and disadvantages can digital tools in the teaching of physical education have according to the surveyed lower secondary teachers?

4. How can the assessment process be influenced by digital tools according to the surveyed lower secondary teachers?

Method:

The study was carried out through qualitative interviews in which we interviewed five lower secondary school teachers who teach physical education and health, and use digital tools in their teaching.

Results:

The results showed that the inclusion of digital tools can have a positive impact on pupils' learning according to the surveyed teachers. Also, the assessment process was experienced to be simplified with the use of digital tools, mainly through video recording.
